Shuffle Retreat 2026 🌴 - This year @ecruz_n and I are hosting two retreat weeks, each with its own energy and intention. Shuffle Retreat 2026 🌴 - This year @ecruz_n and I are hosting two retreat weeks, each with its own energy and intention. One is a beautiful way to close your year, to slow down, reflect, and fully arrive in the present moment. A space to release what no longer serves you, move your body freely, reconnect with yourself, and surround yourself with people who remind you what it feels like to be alive, open, and inspired. To end the year feeling grounded, grateful, and deeply connected. The other is a powerful way to begin a new one, meeting new people, stepping out of your comfort zone, and saying yes to the things you’ve been putting aside because of fear or judgment. A fresh start, new energy, new intentions, and the chance to begin the year already doing something for yourself. To move, to grow, to create momentum, and to step into a version of you that feels more confident, more free, and more aligned. Personally, this has been a life-changing experience for me. And I truly encourage you to live it, to experience what a shuffle retreat really is. Because spending even just a few days surrounded by people (whether you know them or not) can shift something in you in the best way possible. She was forbidden. She was forbidden. She was fire. And she danced like both. Carmen. Choreography by Alberto Alonso. Music by Rodion Shchedrin — his legendary Carmen Suite, written for strings and percussion alone. Raw. Relentless. Unforgettable. A woman who never asked for permission — and never needed it. Reimagined with AI. Watch the arms. Watch the turn. That is not performance. That is defiance. Does freedom look like this?
